RSRG_Vibrationsgruendungen

The GSF vibration system enables foundations for overhead line, signaling, lighting and noise barrier systems to be installed quickly, safely and with efficient use of resources. The GSF foundation is vibrated into the ground using a rail-road excavator fitted with a specially developed hydraulic vibration unit.

The high-frequency vibration temporarily loosens the soil immediately surrounding the foundation. During the installation the soil is being compacted around the foundation this guaranties secure support. No conventional excavation or on-site concreting is required. Consequently, there is no excavated material to remove and no curing time to consider.

The foundation is fully load-bearing immediately after installation, allowing subsequent construction work and mast installations to continue without delay. If required, the foundations can also be completely removed and reused.
