Our scope of work included the installation of new electrical power systems, tunnel safety lighting, the power supply at the south and north portals, the power connections to the signal boxes, and the electrical shaft heating systems.
To prevent frost damage, the drainage and flushing shafts of the tunnel drainage system are fitted with electric shaft heaters.
The heaters are fitted with water level monitoring and temperature control with integrated overheating protection.
